The Corinth Housing Authority is a public housing agency that provides safe, decent, well-maintained low rent public housing for low to moderate income families. This includes families with children, elderly families, disabled families, and single people. The Public Housing Authority (PHA) does not discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, religion, sex, color, national origin, age, disability or family status.
CHA manages 330 units in Corinth. We offer 100 elderly units in the Tinin Terrace Apartments, 40 family units in the Pace Terrace Apartments, 30 Family Units in the Boyd Terrace apartments, 50 family units in the Robbins Apartments, and 110 family units in the J.B. Combs Apartment complex. Each site has apartments ranging from one bedroom to five bedrooms, except for Tinin Terrace which has one and two-bedroom apartments. Night security is provided at each site to ensure our tenants' safety. There are on-site playgrounds at Combs, Robbins, Pace and Boyd, while Tinin has a pavilion for socializing, picnics, etc. Tinin also has an on-site laundry room that is free to our tenants.
